Rudolph Libbe has been investigating the cause of the recent sinkhole on the Bowsher High School football field. Company representatives have discovered the problem and are scheduled to begin work this week to resolve the issue.
Once Rudolph Libbe completes its repairs, Maumee Bay Turf will close the field's playing surface. Bowsher’s first home game against Oak Harbor High School will be moved to Oak Harbor to ensure the area is safe and ready for play. The district’s goal is that all remaining home games for the Blue Racers will be played at the Bowsher field.
